Malcolm has recently returned from a lecture tour of Sweden and the USA, is the author of many books. Past editor of the Rock Garden magazine He is an avid grower and hybridiser of his chosen subject. Tonight he introduces us to his World Saxifrages

“Small bulbs” Fritillaries, Erythroniums, species Tulips and Narcissus Terry Mitchell (Osset)
Terry , the past President of the National Auricula and Primula Society Northern section, will be showing slides of some fine specimens, of small bulbs, taken at shows around the country of his own and other exhibitors.

“Hepaticas” Slides & Talk on these fascinating plants.

John grows about 100 Hepaticas. These beautiful plants, like a piece of Faberge` jewellery, are becoming more popular due to an extensive breeding programme in Japan.

Volunteers and Donations of plants, scones, cakes etc are required. Any type of plants are required to sell to raise funds to run the village show. This is our only source of income to support this annual event.
